| Our apartment is a chic and comfortable (78 square mts) accommodation on the fourth floor of a beautiful historic florentine building dating back to the 1800?s.
Staying here you?ll enjoy a superb view all over Florence (see the pictures taken from our windows!)
Recently renovated ,well equipped,confortable, bright and sunny our apartment is made up of a double bedroom, a large living room with a double bed/sofa in front of a perfectly working fireplace, a nice little kitchen and a large bathroom with bathtube equipped also with washing machine. The kitchen is supplied with fridge, kitchen range, oven, coffee maker, and all necessary appliances for cooking (pots and pans) and for eating (tableware, plates, etc.).
This 78 square meters nice and sunny apartment is situated in one of the most residential area of Florence but it?s only 10 minutes walking from the city heart (Piazza Duomo, Piazza della Repubblica, Pontevecchio,Piazza Signoria). The area is very green and lively, with shops, supermarkets and trattorias in the nearby.
Bus stop just outside the door. Car parkings (on payment) available within 20 meters distance.
